Ingredients
Scale
Sliders
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- ¾ pound thin-sliced deli turkey
- ¾ pound thin-sliced Swiss cheese
Butter Glaze
- ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat and prepare dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch casserole dish with foil and spray the bottom with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Slice rolls: Without pulling the rolls apart, carefully slice them in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared casserole dish, evenly arranging them to cover the base.
- Layer turkey and cheese: Layer the thin-sliced deli turkey evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls, followed by layering the thin-sliced Swiss cheese on top of the turkey.
- Add top rolls: Place the top halves of the Hawaiian rolls on top of the cheese layer, aligning them carefully.
- Prepare butter glaze: Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl or in a saucepan on the stovetop. Once melted, stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and everything bagel seasoning until well combined.
- Brush glaze: Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls, ensuring even coverage. Let the rolls sit for 5 minutes to absorb some of the buttery mixture.
- Bake sliders: Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 to 35 minutes, until the sliders are heated through and the cheese is melted. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes to allow the tops to brown slightly.
- Serve warm: Remove from the oven and serve the sliders warm as a delicious snack or meal.
Notes
- Serve 1-2 sliders per person as an appetizer or 3 sliders as a full meal.
- Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can freeze the sliders for up to 3 months; thaw and reheat before serving.
- Use homemade Hawaiian rolls for extra freshness and flavor if desired.
- If you prefer a spicier glaze, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture.
