  • 4 packets ramen noodles, discard flavor packet
  • 4 cups tomato sauce, divided
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-x-8-inch casserole dish with baking spray and place it on a baking tray for easy handling.
  2. Prepare ramen noodles: Break each square block of ramen noodles in half through the middle to create smaller pieces that will fit nicely in the pan.
  3. First layer assembly: Place one layer of the broken ramen noodles evenly on the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Spread 2 cups of tomato sauce over the noodles, then sprinkle with 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Second layer assembly: Add a second layer of ramen noodles on top of the first cheese layer. Pour the remaining 2 cups of tomato sauce over this layer, followed by the remaining 1 cup parmesan cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese, spreading evenly.
  5. Bake the lasagna: Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is fully melted and golden on top.
