Description

This rich and creamy Oreo Fudge combines sweet white chocolate and condensed milk with crunchy Oreo cookie pieces for an indulgent treat that's perfect for parties or a sweet snack. Easy to make in the microwave, this no-bake fudge sets firm and can be stored for up to two weeks.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz
  • 2 ¾ cups (468 g) white chocolate chips
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • 10 Oreos, chopped
  • Additional broken Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line an 8 or 9 inch square baking dish with aluminum foil, making sure the foil extends up the sides for easy removal later. Set aside.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a microwave-safe glass bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips with a spatula until combined.
  3. Microwave and Stir: Microwave the mixture on full power for 1 minute. Remove and stir until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Avoid over microwaving to prevent scorch and crumbly fudge.
  4. Add Flavorings and Cookies: Stir in the chopped Oreos, salt, and vanilla extract until evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.
  5. Transfer and Set: Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread to an even thickness. Press additional broken Oreos onto the top as desired. Let the fudge set at room temperature for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, loosely covered with foil.
  6. Cut and Store: Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil, cut into 25 squares, and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Ensure not to microwave the fudge mixture for longer than 1 minute to avoid overheating and causing a crumbly texture.
  • Using a glass microwave-safe bowl helps distribute heat evenly for melting the chocolate chips.
  • Allow the fudge to set fully at room temperature for the best texture; refrigeration is not necessary.
  • Pressing extra Oreos on top adds a decorative touch and extra crunch.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container to keep it fresh longer.
