- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Grease a loaf pan and set aside to prevent sticking.
- Blend Ingredients: In a high speed blender or food processor, add rolled oats, bananas, eggs, maple syrup, and baking soda. Blend until a smooth batter forms.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Fold through the chocolate chips gently into the batter if using them for added flavor and texture.
- Bake Batter: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Cool and Serve: Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
