Description

A refreshing and fruity frozen Rosé wine cocktail blended with frozen strawberries, lemon juice, and a touch of sweetness, perfect for a cool summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups Rosé wine
  • ¼ cup simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: Put all ingredients into your blender, including the frozen strawberries, Rosé wine, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth: Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency, which should take approximately 30-60 seconds depending on your blender's power.
  3. Serve and garnish: Pour the frosé into glasses and garnish with strawberries for a decorative and tasty presentation.

Notes

  • You can substitute simple syrup with granulated sugar, strawberry syrup, or another sweetener of your choice. Omit sweetener altogether if you prefer a less sweet drink.
  • Use a Rosé wine you enjoy drinking on its own; both dry and sweet varieties work well. White wine can be used as an alternative.
  • For an extra kick, add 1 ounce of vodka per serving; you may want to increase the ice cubes accordingly to maintain texture.
