Dry Rub
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Main
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Heat the oven to 400F (200C) and arrange a rack in the middle of the oven for even cooking.
- Prepare Spice Mix: In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and baking powder if using. Mix well.
- Coat Chicken Wings: Place the chicken wings in a baking dish, sprinkle the spice mix evenly over them and toss to coat well. Drizzle with olive oil and mix to evenly coat.
- Bake Wings: Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until they are cooked through and beginning to crisp.
- Make Garlic Butter Sauce: While wings bake, melt butter in a small pot over low heat. Add minced garlic and chopped parsley, stirring until garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Toss Wings in Sauce: When wings are done, remove from the oven and pour the garlic butter sauce over them. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese to coat.
- Final Bake: Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the wings become crispy and golden brown.
